Alive and well.Just not much going on.Too dang much rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bow hunters should be seeing some bigger bucks here in a week or two.Some time shortly after Halloween.Bird seasons coming.Slow(another Dave in Kansas)

  ;) Since I got my buck on the second day of M/L season I will be sitting at home waiting for the rifle season to start hunting for my two does, unless I get the old archery equipement out and start shooting. But so far I have not made that choice yet. I have been hoping to hear some stories on the archery season. Well I guess I will go back for a nap,it's He## getting older. :D :D

I've got my stick and string loaded up, the four wheeler in the trailer, the scent suit in  the deluxe scent free bag, Rubber boots on the passenger side floor board, well you get the idea. I am going in the morning whether it's raining or not. Unless I over sleep or I wake up dead, other than that look out Bambi.

 ;) I do hope it is not the little one that you draw on but at least a nice 8 pointer that has been around for 4-5 years. Get a good shot and be sure to sent pictures as soon as possible.

Jest got some new calls to start coyote hunting.  Has been to wet up here in Hiawatha.  Don't like to tear up the dirt roads. 
Wish there was something I could do with the dead coyotes, last I heard they were offering $5 for pelt, and I have to drive 20 miles to give it to buyer.
If I get a nice bobcat I will skin and keep.

 ;D By the time I get one down on the ground shooting my 50 cal Encore or my Contender 7-30 there is not too much to haul away so I leave them lay. Shot one late last year with the 7-30 from 10 yds and there was a hole big enough to stick my hand thur of course I did not have to track her at all. I still love hunting the coyote. Now all we need is some snow and let the hunting start.
