Yup. I was born and lived in a small town about 65 years ago.
Like yourself wgnaz, we were a bunch of little scum balls that pulled all kinds of things that required butt warmings.
However, our folks did warm our hindsides when they learned of our transgressions.
They did not write nasty songs and film us performing them, including clips of us doing disgusting things like you see in their vidio, then put the vidio in a very public place.
I believe the point Questor was trying to make, is that the folks themselves look to be a couple of undisiplined brats who are obviously prone to staging things for publicity, and they may well have put these boys up to the balloon thing .
