Try Jas Townsend and Sons or it may be James Townsend and Sons. They will sell you patterns, or Taylor-made.
Also Northwest Traders, something like that. Best place to get quality wool blankets and blanket coats. Whitney blankets are every bit as good as true Hudson Bay blankets, and every bit as authentic. But much cheaper.
If you want used, and cheap - go to Goodwill  Seriously. Look through the racks of men's wool dress pants. For a few bucks you'll find something. A light wool dress pant is the ultimate summer camping pants. They breath, and they won't get filthy as you cook over a campfire.
Then go to the women's section an look for a flax, cotton, or linen blouse with long sleeves. You can usually find a blouse with gathers at the cuffs and shoulders.

Change a few buttons on the blouse to pewter or antlers and you're set.
Let the blouse cover the waist of your pants.
'nuther good trick is to get some white painter pants and cut off the tool loop.
