Push!
I talked with the lead provider and my brother in law (he's a tool and die maker). With their inputs, I've decided to go with the .235 wire. This will ensure that the cut wire feeds properly into the core forming die.
The project will continue as planned. I looked into the extruder Talon. It is well worth it for smaller batches and experimentation with other diameter bullets. It does add too much work to the whole process for me at this time. Filed for the future. Thanks.
Safe Shooting!
