I have cooked Canadian and it was good. I have tried to cook snow goose by smokeing it, goose and rice, and cubeing it and makeing hash. It all tasted too much like a liver shoe sole. I like liver but the snow goose wasn't good. I Need a better recipe. eddiegjr
