WLR PRIMERS vs WLR MAG. PRIMERS ??

I just ran of Winchester large rifle primers.  I have a box of 1000 Winchester large rifle magnum primers.  I hate to not use them.  If use them for a 257 Roberts & 6.5X55 how many grains of powder should I drop from my regular loads?
