1911 grip screws

I just ordered a set of screws for my Rock Island 1911 and the screws that I ordered for it are Wilson Combat screws but i'm having a problem with them the screws are so long and when I put my grips back on I can't get a magazine in the gun. I noticed my bushings are slim but what I was wanting to know is if I get the standard sized bushing will this fix the problem.

Hummmm.
Lets see if I have this correct.
Your grips are slim.
Your screws are standard.
Your screws need too be for slim grips, is the answer.
