Bear are not susposed to be in a human enviroment--it is very shocking to learn this sometimes.

I thought this would be the one in Albuquerque a couple of years ago. The video was almost identical. Bear climbed the pole and got into the pot jumper and boom. Big flash and down he came. He lived over it too.

Bears are MUCH tougher than people. Many, many years ago I was a lineman and one of the other linemen climbed into a pot jumper. It killed him instantly.

That electricity is fearsome stuff. I always admired linemen for their skill and knowledge. They do such fine skilled work, often under bad conditions.

I think you have it backwards.  We've practically taken over all THEIR environment...where are they supposed to go.  I'll say it's just like the Indians who were here first......we just push and push until there is nothing left for the indigenous species.....what do we think will happen?
