I was using Hornady LM and shot 3-3shot groups and they all averaged an inch to inch and a half at a hundred yards. Didn't have any misfires either. All and all I'm very well pleased.

The .35 Whelen is a very good gun, that can reach out to 250 yards.  That's farther than many people can effectively aim.  So you are set for anything in North America.  It's known as the old man's magnum.

What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.
