Hunting Close To Fayetteville

I am kinda new to the forum and am looking for somewhere to hunt near Fayetteville.  Can anyone help me out?  I would really like to find a good club if possible.

That'll be kinda tough there Bear.   :-\  But before I get into a long post as to why, are you new to the area or just the forum?  If the former, where did you come from to be new in the area?   ???

I am originally from Alabama, but moved here with my wife after getting married 4 years ago this month.  (We lived in Alabama till May of 06.)

She is from Atlanta and we moved back here because she got a job in Peachtree City.  I am disabled, so I didn' have a job to keep me in Alabama.

I grew up hunting with my dad and my uncle.  I just haven't met anyone here that hunts and I don't really know where to start.

I would like to be in a club or at least have someone to hunt with if possible.

So, why is hunting here a problem?
