My take on Copenhagen

Objectively, it seems like a mad free for all that is serving as a forum for people and countries who want to cash in on climate change. I can't think of anything good to say about it.

maybe the little guys (3rd world) will have to play by the "green" rules and that'll make it easier for americans to get jobs again.  it's possible that the american elite actually want to get some money back into this nation- by using the east as pawns forever and always.  I am not optimistic but I think that they'll keep this ship afloat- and that's how I THINK they'll do it.  we'll see.

A waste of time and taxpayers money. The only thing coming out of this is hot air.

  Some commentators figured that Obama would blow a lot of hot air and then use the fact that China & India have reneged, to fashion a way for us to commit to nothing.
  So far, it looks like he wants to commit, IN SPITE of the fact that the really big polluters have reneged..  What else could we expect from somebody who appears to be determined to ruin our economy ?
