From Ole Virginia
« on: January 03, 2010, 03:03:12 PM »
I am a 56 year old Virginia country boy, that likes Pistols with wheels, Rifles with Bolts, and the right to own and bear them. I have been an NRA member since 1976. I load and cast my own ammo. I really like Rugers, I got my first one in in 1969.

I hunt Deers, Bobcats, and mainly Black Bears with dogs.

I've been married to my Wife Debbie for 34 years and been working in a GP Paper Mill for 38 years. So I stick with what works.

I am also a Harley owner and have the scars to prove it.

Very nice board you have here, with bunches of subjects that interest me.

I don't care much for controversy and politics, life is to short for that.

I am looking forward to making a few new friends here.

Many Thanks from Clint Bryant

Thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome.

Savage 250, I'm usually not fortunate enough to kill Bucks like that. I saw him the last week of August for about 1/4 of a second. I didn't go back until Muzzle Loader Season came in October 31st. I let several small bucks walk and then 7:30 am November 9th the 10 Pointer showed up chasing two Doe's. He was on private land about 500 yards from my home. No bait was used at anytime.

The next Salem Show is January 23 -24.

The Roanoke show was this past weekend. The crowd was light and I made a big purchase of two 8x32 screws. I didn't see anything that I really needed at a fair price. I still enjoy looking.

I may go to the Fisherville show January 30 -31.
