The old Winchester Silvertips were the best of the bunch. I have used many through my old Marlin 336 in .35 Remington and they never failed me. Others saw my results and started using them as well, we had a whole cadre of guys hunting with 336's in .35 Remington using WW Silvertips and none ever had a bad expierence with them.
I started using Silvertips in my .35 after many good results with them in my Model 71 Winchester in .348, now there is a chambering for a Handi, and it's rimmed for those that don't like a rimless cartridge in a Handi like my beloved .35 Remington (which is GREAT in my Handi)....<><....
