One day I was at the post office, a few weeks before Christmas. It was a pretty long line, and I would have left except I needed to send something via certified mail. This woman came in and went straight to the head of the line, and went to a clerk that was doing something other than what she wanted done. The clerk told her she needed to go to the back of the line but the woman was adamant. I stood there amused at how the situation escalated and finally two husky middle aged women grabbed the woman and literally carried her out of the post office. The woman was shrieking "I have to go shopping! I have to go shopping!" I don't know if they beat the crap out of that woman when they got her outside, but I wouldn't be surprised if they had.
