1981 Winchester 94 value?

Hello,
I have a Winchester 94 made in 1981 with factory checkering
Overall good condition, excellent wood, bore, works and shoots good
The blueing is a little ruff in places with some pitting. The thing got wet in my truck a few years ago and I didn't notice until a couple of weeks later

Anyhow I'm thinking of putting it up for sale in the local bargain paper

Any guesses on it's value?

I recently sold one for $300, after it was no sale (for many weeks) first at $395, then at $350.

Money's tight, for guns in less then 98% +/- condition.

That's about what I got in a trade, I really didn't need two. So I kept the one made in 1949

if yu have any local gun shows comeing up, just walk in with it.i took one a couple months ago.had huge interest in it and sold it in about 10 min.
