Just announced: There's a new $280 billion stimulus bill aimed at reducing spending.

i know you are kidding but the democrates are not. they plan to take the returned and unspent tarp and do another so called stimulus. the first one was a failure now they want to do it again.

what is the name for doing something over and over and expecting a different outcome?
