I have had half a dozen Elite 3200 scopes in service for up to 6 years each on recoilers as heavy as the .375 JDJ with no problems. They're clear, and easy to change adjustments for distance. The 3200's have a rainguard coating that the Trophys do not have, and may have a very slightly longer range of eye relief, but neither contributes much to useability IMO.
Friends I trust have been using the Trophy version for years longer than me, and have had no problems with them. My next Bushnell will probably be a Trophy 2-6X.
It's a good thing they're tough, because the Bushnell "Warranty" is a sham, in my experience. BUT, they do offer features that a 4X Leupold does not, at a similar weight and size.
