indiana gun opener buck.

got this guy right after first light, seen him a week before,but was hunting a bigger buck.. told myself if i seen him again i would try for him. glad i did.. took him with my t/c omega at about 60yrds.

Congrats. Nice buck with real nice rack. ;) Where bouts you from? I looked out back yesterday and saw 9 deer together. They were at 200yds where I took a stand down a month ago. :) Two barely had antlers. I thought is was a bit early for them to all be together. Didn't hear any shooting but something  might have spooked them out. Saw a nice smaller racked 8 pointer the other day just passing through. Way to go!

You look an awful lot like a guy I shot skeet and clays with several years ago. He's from Dekalb county. He was big into deer hunting also. :)

I would not have passed up that buck for a hoped for chance even at a larger one. I'm not sure we grow them that large down here.

guys i have trail pics and sheds of one alot bigger,been after him for 3yrs, that was why i was holdin out...
 and we have some good deer if people will let them get some age.
