That's where the terrorist are.

It's actually quite clear why. The military/industrial complex is a part of the super rich group who benefit from us constantly being at war with someone. They care not one whit about the lives lost on either side nor the injuries to our young men. They care only about getting richer and more powerful. If we were at peace then their wares would not be needed in the quantities they are when at war so they'd not be as rich.

It has nothing to do with terrorism or even muzlims and has everything to do with making that group of folks I refer to as the cabal richer and more powerful. Until and unless the American public wake up to this then our rights and freedoms will continue to be eroded away and we'll continue to place future generations deeper in debt to support a small group of super rich folks who's goal is total control of your lives in all aspects. If we continue to sit idly by and ignore what's going on it will soon be too late to stop it. Soon they will have so much control that Soviet Russia then and communist China now will pale in comparison to what they do to us.

Well then, maybe we ought to find out who and where these cabal guys are hanging out and send some troops.  But I still think we should be killing terrorists wherever they are.  Just because someone is clever enough to make money from our need to take out our enemies doesn't make our enemies not our enemies.

Questor,

My B-I-L is over there for the 14th time.
He relayed a story.
Lady in a grocery store said that she respected the soldiers but couldn't figure out why we were fighting this war.
His response was that we are fighting them there not here.  They have already proven that they will come here.

No, NO they haven't. Just how many Afghans have done us harm here? How many Afghans flew planes on 9-11? How many Iraqis?

Now let's ask how many Saudis? They are supposed to be our friends and allies yet they fund terrorism here not Afghans or Iraqis. Why aren't we fighting them?

Bill nailed it. Ike warned us about the military-industrial complex and it seems that his warning still goes unheeded.

But I still think we should be killing terrorists wherever they are.

Since our criminal government and its horrific foreign policy is responsable for creating the terrorists that target us, its should be easy for us to find them.

The Saudis have wahabbi not sunni and shia, much more extremist, and able to pay for the terror too

they have the puppeteers AND the suicide idiots in their nation, plus they fund american enemies.
