I assume you meant to say, "their facts."  "The facts" are not what are being challenged.  Global warming advocates are allowed to pick and choose whatever factoids they like, to further their fantasy.  Skeptics must have certified, varifiable, politically acceptable facts to argue with and even then they can be dismissed as heresy.
