ddunn I have some of it and the stuff I have is made out of water and water soluable oil. It turns white when the oil and water mix.,sheesh that really dont sound right, but that is how they got the milk out of it.,I think. Now how MOOSE got into it,I really dont know. Maybe they guy/gal that thought it up was having some EW when they were comming up with this concoction. MOOSE MILK,is used as a bore cleaner, and general all around cleaner on BP firearms, along with a patch lubricant. When used the metal parts should be wiped down with oil,at least that is what I do. Im sure that someone has a better and probably more accurate description of what the actual percentage of oil to water is but I think mine was a 10%oil to water mix,and some other ingrediants I have made it out of the above mixture adding some dish soap or Murphys oil soap to the oil/water also. It can be purchased comercially from DIXIE Everytime I think of that name all I can envision is some character chasing a lactating cow moose around the swamp trying to milk her,and loooooooosssssiiiinnnnnggggg big time.... :-D :-D King
