My first deer with a handgun
« on: November 22, 2009, 03:39:54 PM »
Got my first deer with a Dan Wesson 357 this evening, and it was very simple shot to make. I had a rifle with me but decided to try out the 10" barrel and the 180 gr. bullets I had loaded. It all worked out very well for me.   Digger

You better recheck your deer......everything I read says you can't kill them with a 357....maybe he's just asleep  :D

Knowing my buddy Digger I'm betting he "uglied it to death" he's really good at that and does it to prairie dogs each year at the annual PD shoots. He has it down to a science and has been known to ugly a PD to death at 400 yards.
