My BS-o-meter just broke. Overworked.
« on: December 18, 2009, 11:45:21 AM »
Here's the beginning of a news story on a breakthrough announcement. If it's going to be hard and take a lot of time to get a binding agreement, where's the breakthrough?

COPENHAGEN (AP) — President Obama announced Friday a "meaningful and unprecedented breakthrough" on a global effort to curb climate change. But Obama said, "It is going to be very hard, and it's going to take some time" to get to a legally binding treaty.

Where have we heard that before? I'm getting "close" to a decision about the troops in afganistan, We are getting "close" to passage of a healthcare bill.................. B.S.! When will the people wake up and see he is full of hot air? Since when has any contest, sport, war, etc. been won when one side or the other has been "close" to victory?
Seems the rest of the world is seeing 'o' for what he is- a spoiled brat who was kicking them in the shins until they finally agreed to "talk about it".
Its almost criminal that the msm won't report the truth.

He got nothing. they accomplished nothing. he is gonna spin it as if "HE" the mesiah was responsible for some imagined breakthrough. He is a failure absolute failure as a president. his policies at home and abroad are failures.

he is now a big time liability to the democrats. healtcare whether it passes or not is like a chain on a mans legs trying to swim in the ocean. no matter what he still is going dow.

no matter what happens people are going to make them pay for even trying to do it. i predict (no hard to do now) big time losses in 2010 and no democrat president next time. as a matter of fact if a third part candidate of any stature was to emerge on the scene it just my be possible that the american people would elect him or her.

thanks to the tea party people and all others that are fed up with this continuous bs from both sides. the pressures they have brought to bear are having a big time effect. there is an air of rebellion that i have not seen in my lifetime. people normaly reserved and not prone to speak out are in fact leading the charge in almost every city big and small. they have had it with all of them. it sure looks like they will try to clean house in the next elections.

those in power that refuse to see it are fools.. those that do see are scrambling to show all that they are on the tea party peoples side. the truth is that will not save them.

remember msnbc cnn and the other leftist propaganda machines refused to aknowledge they even existed then the made fun of them then they started to try to make them out as llunitics on the fringe.

well they are sure getting a little surprize now and they are at their wits end over how to deal with them.

it has and will be a very painfull next few years for sure. if thats what it takes to wake the people up then it is a good thing that needed to happen.

obama and his leftist have set the democrats back 20 years.

Right On!..........................But I've got him pegged!
All he has to do now is finish out 1 term and the TAX PAYERS will be supporing him for life!
He can make a few MILLION DOLLARS just by giving a speech once in awhile, just like Bill only hes even younger!
I spent a lot of money on Guns, Wild Horses & Wilder Women but I guess I just wasted all the rest!

I wonder how long it will take before the democrats throw him under the bus- Maybe that is why his birth records and school records have been so tightly sealed? That would give the media an 'out' also........

i would not be surprized, if things keep on like this, to see crowds in the streets demanding he resign.

I'm willing to bet that the American taxpayers got hit for over 2 million on our politicians going there to do nothing but take a free joy ride. Check to see if yours went.

I don't know what would be worse.  Being stuck with Obama for the next three years, or being stuck with Joe Biden for the next three years?  Either way, I think both will be effectively neutered if the republicans get back to their core conservative values and win back congress in 2010.

IF's a big word, so far the moderate dem's are winning, The conservatives need to establish a foothold, no matter their 'brand',and I think it's finally happening.

The Dems. will loose seats, that is normal in most off elections but they will not loose the majority in both Houses. IMO :)
