Pre 64 94

What is the going rate for a pre 64 Model 94 in 32 Win Sp.  Trying to replace one that was stolen from my Fathers over 20 years ago.  Realize that I can never duplicate it, but the gun had a lot of memories.  Manufactured 1952-1954 with a redfield Reciever sight.   i am beginning to see that the all steel redfield will be the hardest thing to find.

32's sell for a little less than 30-30's and they tend to sit for months. I'd bookmark KTPGUNS

saw one 30-30 mod 94 built in 1915 or there about go for 400 and one from the 50's was asking 3200 . only 32 i have seen lately was 800 about a year and a half ago

I saw a pre-64 Win 94 yesterday for $500 at a local shop/range, not sure of caliber tho.
From across the counter, it looked mildly used, good wood, not grayed or rusted.
I didn't take closer look as they also had a DCM M-1 Garand for $1350.

My local shop had an overpriced but all original 32 in mint condition around for months at $550 and another shop had a shooter in original condition for years at $425. Once you drill new holes, knock out the rear sight, etc, you lower value.

KTP has 2. The nicer one has a Williams peep and is from 1950. $385
