I think making a post like this and leaving us up in the air sucks.

I ain't up in the air Swampy. He'll either get it taken care of or he won't, and it'll either kill him or it won't. Hell, that blood coulda come from a small blood vessel that broke when he was pukin. If he had really a been worried about it, he woulda went to the ER right then. But he sure has every one else worried. Well, not everyone.
Just relax and think about that squirrel call you ask me about.

well in the first place, I would wonder if he is engaged in self destructive behavior or wanting everyone to think he is.  He starts these threads and never comes back.  He does it to see who responds and how they respond.  I doubt he has as serious of a medical condidtion as he portrays.  He has a history of these types of posts. Once a week at least he has a crisis. It starts with his name all in caps to get attention. One day he posts that he needs a job and had to go to the food bank to feed his family. The next he brags about spending 100 days on the site and trying to buy a barrel.  It is just a game to him as he loves to feel he gets it over on everyone here and see who feels sorry for him and he preys on them after.  I guess that sums it up. If everyone, including myself did not respond and play into it, he would stop I guarantee.  In a nutshell he has a dsm IV  axis II personality disorder.

45-70, ask Dale, what he has demonstrated/proven so far is that he is not going to take care of himself.

powderman you are right.  however it is not healthy when it is constant and done the same way.

Dale is an open book it seems.
I have no evidence of what is going on in his mind--and if I did I am sure that it would not bother him.
I am as concerned as any--but my concern can only go so far--it cannot effect/affect a change.
I have had a dear friend die from alchoholism. My concerns for his health, both physical and spiritual, made no effect. He was my friend and I grieved for him as I do for Dale.
When Dale dies--from whatever cause and at whatever age--I will still remember him and grieve.
We'uns plying our trade and trying to help is good--it also should be given and then left alone.
Some things just have to run their course and no matter what we want, we can't change it.
My blessings are for Dale and his family.
Blessings
TEXAS, by GOD

The best thing to do with a guy like Dale is the ignore button. I come here to talk hunting ,Guns, & a little politics. If I want a bunch of drama I can go to the Beauty salon & liston to a bunch of old blue hairs.  Dale I wish you all the best in the world, but you could fall of the planet today & it would not effect my life at all .
I dont care what gun Im using as long as Im hunting
