well, I know who has it, but I dont know if they sold it or something and they wont talk to me. I am trying to avoid going to the police.

it is is a stolen firearm and you know who has it you better contact the police. If you don't and that person uses that firearm or sells that firearm and that person kills someone you might be held responsible
