Please go to the TV6 website and help turn the vote around.  It was in favor of de-listing them until the colleges went back into session Monday.  If you leave a comment please keep it simple.  there are a lot of people not serving the people right here by making absurd and viscious comments from both sides.  Thanks!

I'm with you Cap'n Jon. I sort of doubt that TV6's poll is going to have much effect on future legislation, but I suppose every little bit helps.

Here is how the results of the poll stood when I cast my vote:

In light of the recent probable wolf attack that killed a dog which was near the owner, what do you think should be done with wolf protection regulations?

Leave them protected the way they are. 61%

Lighten the protection laws. 8%

Get rid of the protection all together. 32%

Thanks guy's, I too wrote that the DOW and the HSUS will be sued to the fullest if something happens!  It is starting to move back towards our direction.  It was 70% for control then after the holidays and the college kids coming back it switched.

i voted but cant believe that being a up tv station that theres so many people up here that want to protect those sobs!! Something seems fishy there. Id about bet some anti got ahold of it and emailed every freind in the US to vote

I agree with Lloyd, there has to be something wrong with this poll.  Every outdoor enthusiast I've talked to is very concerned about the size of the wolf population in the UP.
