normally coon are still blue until about a week after season opens here. so i thought that i would be so smart to plan my vacation time for the week after season starts. now it has been cloudy overcast and chilly and the coon should prime early. It been that kind of year.
this year i bought a new pick-up for trapping i had the last one for 11 years and was time for it to retire so 2 weeks ago while out scouting i hit a small buck and did $4500 worth of damage. so now the old one has to come out of retirement no clutch and all.
one of my best freezer took a trip last week.
the way i got it figured it can't get much worse. can it?
