Intensity Optics--Your Opinions?

I was looking at one and for the price it seems like a nice scope.  What is your opinions about these scopes?  I just need a scope that would be good for repeatability.  I will be putting it on a 204 ruger for varmint hunting.  It would be on my AR-15 so recoil really isn't a big deal.  If I remember the guy who makes them had another line he sold a few years back.
