Do you do anykind of brake in process with your slug gun.  I know you all do with your rifles but was wondering about the USH.

Its a rifled barrel same same, but the slugs are usually lead or plastic saboted.

I always suggest the person simply shoot the gun before doing ANYTHING to improve accuracy! Mount up your scope, do it correctly and use quality mounts. Clean the barrel and head for the range...

 OH YES, Have fun!!

Like cw said shoot it first, I bought a tracker II 20ga and had a scope rail put on before I ever shot it. got it home put a 2X Tru Glo red dot on, bore sighted. Put an 8" shoot n c at 25 yards 1st shot was low and left just off the target. adjusted the red dot 2nd shot was dead center. Put another 8" shoot nc at 65 yards next three shots looked liked 2 holes touching about an 1.5" above the center dot. I did nothing to this barrel.

All I did to my USH was clean it good and it shoots great.  I was just wondering if you did anything to it.
