It's just that they are Masters of Disguise. They use shoe polish and make themselves look like Black Panthers and 3rd world illegal MS-13 gangbangers. They always toss chicken bones and empty Malt Liquor bottles on the sidewalk, and walk real slow across the street in traffic.
That's so they won't be profiled and nobody will worry when a group of 'em comes at you in a dark alley. You'll just think they are nice, light-skinned Negro boys on their way home from Choir practice.
