While I'm no expert I'd think the answer would be no.

For oxygen compressing it and releasing it suddenly strikes me as a bit of a danger for fire but I could be wrong on that I just don't like the idea of it too much. Besides it's more expensive than just compressed air.

Argon is quite expensive so why would you want to use it? Again it seems to me just using the air we breath compressed would be the smart and cheap option but then I don't own and never will own a PCP gun.

i have access to both gases at a very low cost.

i was just curious, with oxygen and a little oil vapor i think combustion could occur

Argon = yes.    Oxygen = ABSOLUTELY NOT

Why would you bother?   There is no advantage to using anything but air, unless you get moister in your air, which could cause problems with you gun.  Nitrogen does have advantages when used in gas ram guns, but no other advantage that I can think of, although I have heard some have tried that in their pcp’s.  The oxygen, of course, would surely increase the likely hood of you reaching your final destination much sooner; not to mention those that might be standing next to you........

     Using oxygen in an airgun can get you killed.  I've seen pictures of what happens when an airgun is filled with oxygen.  That guy lived (barely), but judging from the pictures of the gun afterwards, his face/head has a completely new look.

 You could try helium. You'll get a lot higher velocity but not as many shots per fill.
