January 12, 2010SCHROEPPEL, N.Y. (AP) - A grand jury finds a central New York woman was justified in fatally shooting a man who ransacked her home in October.
Deanna Candee of Schroeppel (SCROO'-puhl) in Oswego County was cleared of wrongdoing in the death of Timothy Hartigan, whom she found inside her home after returning from a shopping trip.
