I sat a pistol case on the dining room table after a trip to the range the other day.  I'd just taken a Belgian Browning Hi Power out and 'function tested' it and the magazines I'd acquired with it.
Wife picked it up, pulled out the Hi Power, held it up and 'mentioned' how nice it felt in her hand, how easy the controls were to reach and manipulate, and that she didn't think it was too heavy............
Last time that happened was ten years ago when she took control of my most favoritest K38 S&W!!!  We still discuss who has 'control' of that one!!!

Have a BC coming in as we speak, will pick it up at dealer, tie it to
to hood of my truck and drive right up in the middle of the drive way,
untie it walk right through the middle of the house with it and put it
in the safe (before she gets home) :o :o
