16" Contender barrels
« on: November 02, 2003, 02:15:46 AM »
Hi,

I was scanning ebay and someone had a 16" barrel listed. Part of the sales pitch was that this length was no longer offered by TC. Is this true? I have had a couple of 16" barrels and wasn't particularly thrilled with the balance in a carbine, but the pistol setup was pretty good.

Looks like all that is listed now, is two 16 1/4" barrels, in .223 Rem, and .45-70 Govt. Go to:

Of course, I suppose anything still goes at the Custom Shop... For a price...>>>>>>Bug.

I saw that same thing on E-bay and laughed. If I remember right it was even in a caliber that they do still make in the 16" barrel.
