"RWS 1075 plus" are the best #11 for me! The CCI's are the worst IMO. The newer Remington's (40% hotter) have been good as well. The Winchester branded #11's appear to be a CCI with a different name.

I don't mess with the musket caps.

I would not shoot either one of them for hunting with an inline muzzlegun

I would shoot the shotgun primer or the new in line muzzleloader primers but you may shoot the old style

Musket caps cost me 2 deer and I've heard way to many bad stories about the #11's

RWS musket caps never let me down with Knight and loose 777.  CCI's did not work on  my T-Bolt nipple
