Obama citizenhip on trial?

I have received several e-mails with "Documented"? evidence that California federal judge, Carter will hear case on citizenship status.  Snopes claims this is false but how reliable is snopes?  I can't be the only one getting these stories...

No trial is going to take place.  Orly Taitz had her "case" thrown out of court by Judge Carter on 29 October, 2009.

Orly Taitz, Birther Queen, has been rejected again. US District Judge David O. Carter threw out a lawsuit questioning Barack Obama’s eligibility to hold the office based on his “natural born” citizenship status Thursday, saying the courtroom is not the proper arena to “challenge a president’s election.”

Judge Carter dismissed Barnett et al v. Obama et al. This had been Taitz's most successful lawsuit to date, which is not saying much. However, it is the one that got the furthest through the legal system.

Thanks for that clarification alsaqr.  Based on those words, do you think Judge Carter thinks his citizenship is in question or do you think he is afraid of consequences of open trial?  Personally, I think it's 50/50 whether BO'B is a legal citizen and I think at this point if it were proven he is not, there could be such civil unrest it would be too damaging to USA.  The time for a trial may be a couple years too late.

I think what it really says is that the Judicial branch has sold out to the cabal same as have the other two branches. there is no longer a check and balance system in place in this country and the majority of citizens don't care they only want their shre of the handouts.

rebAL I think that is exactly what we need to do. We can't change the politicians in office now by voting them out.Voting them out will only replace these crooks with more of the same. The only way to get this country back in order is to physically take back control. It won't be an easy task without plenty of loss. I don't want to loose any of my freedoms or be bothered by higher taxes and forced government health care. I sure don't want to leave this current mess we are in to my kids and grandkids.If we don't do something soon our next generation will be lost to overwhelming debt and a out of control government.

I think we are VERY CLOSE to the same place with the current folks in DC that our founding fathers were with King George and yes the day is coming and soon when the people of this nation must face the same decision process the founding fathers faced all those long years ago.
