A year or so ago, read some posts regarding the best solution for scope bases on the CZ American 523. Some folks said the Brownell part # 874-000-002 , which is Talley part # 100004, fits well.
Hoever, others pointed out that using this combination could limit the scope's adjustment range. Talked to CZ, and was told they had a base that accepted Weaver style rings, but was pricy and required a higher ring.
Sooo, would appreciate any input. Finally took the plunge and have a new CZ American 523, but unsure the best rout for optic sights.
