IS THERE A CYLINDER SWAP FOR VAQUERO 45LC

ON MY 357 BLACKHAWK THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT A 9MM CYL SO I JUST SWAP FOR DIFF CAL WITHOUT FUSS, WONDERIN IF THERE WAS ANYTHING LIKE THAT ON THE VAQUERO 45LC , LIKE 45ACP OR 45AR?

got a response back from Ruger and they say"NO"

but they did make the 45lc 45 acp conv package gun, but do not list the cylinder as a saleable item. but I say keep pestering them and they might give in. R
