scope mounting question

I've got an encore frame and am getting ready to order a few barrels,
my question is if the 24 inch barrels with sights are drilled for a scope mount, the 26 inch heavy barrels say that they are but I cant find anywhere if the 24 in. are. I'm thinking that they are, but I want to make sure.

They are all drilled for scope mounting.

On my 24 inch tapered barrel:

From the chamber end of the barrel, there are 4 mounting holes with filler screws (from the factory) for mount, and forward of that at 7 inches from the chamber end is where the rear site is installed.

On my 24 inch bull barrel, there are no open sites.
