I got a used one about a month ago. Been shooting Rem 55 PSP factory loads. Maybe 1.5" MOA; ie minute of a deer, minute of a coyote. They are supposed to shoot better with lighter bullets.

There's a best factory ammo link in the FAQs, I don't know if anyone posted on the 22-250, but it's worth a look.

I bought a used 22 250 a few days ago and it came with 4 boxes of factory ammo.  After 6 sight in shots my wife took it and destroyed a bunch of clay pidgeons at 100 yards with the 40 grain, Federal Varmiter loads (factory ammo that came with the gun purchase).  She wouldn't give me the gun back so I don't know what it would do with for a rested groupiong.

For what it is worth, the previous owner wrote "Shoots Best" on both boxes of the Federal 40 grns.  There was also a box of Winchester silver tip and Hornady V Max, both 40 grn, no notes from previous shooter.  With the twist rate of this barrel it would seem it is meant to shoot the lighter .224 bullets.

cajun hunter:

I own a H&R Ultra Varmint 22-250 (SB2-F22). Fluted bull barrel.
I have used Remington UMC JHP 50gr @ 100 yards with great results, IMO.
Take a look:
