« on: January 12, 2010, 08:16:00 PM »
Anyone ever here of a T/C Encore Michigan Millenium Edition??
Is it Authentic from T/C or a "Made Up" Gun??
Just wondering, I have a chance to buy one in Blue and have never heard of this Model.
Thanks.  Paul

First I've heard of it, and a google search only brings up this thread.

Millenium what? This makes no sense. The state of Michigan has not been around for 1,000 years, the TC rifles have not been around for 1,000 years, and the rifles are produced and numbered in a seriesof 300.
Millenium of what?
Some of these "collectable" firearms are really, really, good examples of bad taste, golden buffalos and John Wayne and all....

From what I understand it was made "Special" to Commemorate Michigan in the year 2000.
I may be wrong.
You said the rifles are produced and numbered in a series of 300, What does it "mean" if you have a 1 of 250 Series? I have a White Tail Hunter in 1 of 250 Series?
Is it really "Special"??? lol...
Thanks

Heck, I like it.  I think our state's seal looks good on it.   I don't know if I would pay any extra for it, but I do like it.
