A bit more information as to how badly it shoots and what you've tried would be helpful.

My Encore 30/06 (not the Pro Hunter) shoots 165 & 168 gr. bullets of several brands very well loaded over Federal 210M primers and Varget.  Do the usual things like check the scope mount for looseness and be sure the scope isn't the problem.  If you've eliminated the scope, scope mounts and load as the problem, return the barrel to T/C and I'm sure they'll fix or replace it if the fault is with the barrel.

I found that my groops really shrunk when i put the adjustable pivot pin in my frames try seating depth and don't use magnum primers lots of undo pressure. Annother thing is check for excessive headspace that can be cured by setting back the shoulder just enough so that the cases are flush and no fram bindup when closing the action.

couple things i've done ,,first if you are reloading ,,start with min.charges and work up. when reloading,,,speed don't kill....accuracy does.like the others said ,,check for scope ring base looseness,,ring looseness.also when adjusting th elevation and windage ,i tap a couple time on the front and rear bell to make sure the crosshairs are settled..once i had a scope that i was zeroing in and even though i moved the clicks 6 to 8 points the crosshairs was'nt moving until i fired the gun and then i'd have to set the adjustments again ,they again did'nt move until i fired the rifle..wasted 2 boxes of shell b4 i figured out what was goin' on..so ,now i tap'e everytime..give it a try..... good luck gettin' it right ;D
i wish i was just half the man, that my dog thinks i am

you might try checking the throat length in your bbl some t/c bbl's are really deep chambered and my 308 win. is one of those it doesnt like 165's at all. it's got a real long throat.it does however shoot 180's real well.maybe give those a try. :)

2.) What Bullets are you Using? How far off the lands?
3.) What Powder and primers are you Using?
4.) How hard are you pushing them?  (What charge weight)
5.) Have you checked Your scope and forend?  Is it a cheap Scope?
6.) What is your group Size at what Range?
7.) If using Factory Rounds what Brand and Bullet type?
8.) Whats your trigger Like?
9.) Are you shooting from a bench and bags?

These are A few things that could help us help you.
