I'm hoping this group will be helpful to all of you trap, skeet, and sporting shooters out there.
:D here's a short intro for myself. i'm Travis, from Houston. i've been target shooting for a while, but am fairly new to shotgun sports. i only have access to trap and skeet, and prefer skeet. i resently shot my best round with a score of 20.  I'm using a Beretta 390 Silver Mallard in 12g, and Remington 27 Nitro ammo. :-)

so anyway, lets get this group going and i'm sure we'll learn a great deal from one another :toast:

Just started shooting and you like skeet. This is an addictive sport that feeds on itself. You shoot a 20 now and you can improve with lots of practice. Your spouse will become a "skeet widow" and then you will need a better smoke pole (a Parazzi maybe). More practice. Then there are the accessories>>> you get the picture. Good luck and a book by D. Lee Braun on skeet shooting (if you can find it) is a good diversion on those days when you cannot get to the range.
