Here's a heads up on some lam. stock sets on ebay. Seller says the buyer has their pick of sets.

Boyds sometimes has those stock sets as overruns for $100 without hardware, plus higher than average shipping. Dunno what the regular price is. So that seems like an OK Ebay price. BTW, Boyds had some at 50% off with a coupon code while they were closed over Christmas. Not sure why I did not stock up.
