My father purchased a 26" factory 300 win mag barrel and a T/C 3x9 with mounts. He shot it four times and decided it was just too much for his 65 yr old bones. What would be a FAIR asking price for this set up?

why not just try and trade it off for a 308 or 7x57?

He already has an -06 and never owned a 300 wm so he figured he would give it a try.
