handi vs uhr

Was just wondering the difference between the handi rifle and the h&r ultra hunter rifle. I am looking to get the gun in 25-06. Is it just the stocks? The bull barrel is not on ether. Both are SB2 but the handi barrel code is 256 and the uhr is 806. anyone know the difference?

I believe it only comes with the 26" non bull bbl. Kurt
