Went to the SHOT Show last year and their high dollar booth was filled with the least qualified representatives of the company that you could imagine. There were mismatched guns and barrels, and very little information that was correct. I sent a letter to the company.
This year was DIFFERENT! The reps were on top of all the questions I had. I had a couple of issues with guns that had come in with sub par wood. There was a genuine interest in making it right, and it has since been taken care of. The company does monitor Graybeard forums and the reps were very interested in the fact Rossi/Taurus had a new model breakbarrel with off the shelf barrels. Don't know where this belongs, just passing it along.
