information on a magainze pleaes

quick question

bought a  us army 1911 today at a gun shop. The serial number is in the 750k range.  Had a magazine on it marked C-S any idea who manufactured it.

Check out this website, you should be able to find all the answers.  750K serial number should be 1941 or 1942.
