Boys, have we figured out why the rules aren't available online?

I thought it was because they can't make money selling the booklets if the info was on line.
At my first big shoot last summer I got caught up in the "new shooter shoots master for the entire TOURNAMENT" rule. I don't understand the reasoning for that rule after the first match but if them's the rules, them's the rules. Problem was no one could prove it at the time. "The way we've always done it", isn't good enough for me, especially when I had some very prominent master shooters telling me the contrary.
I believe some of the rules should be re-thought. This sport and other shooting sports (at least in Canada) are suffering and it would be smart to make the rules more accommodating for new shooters, not scare them away. For example: A hunting rifle should be a hunting rifle, a production rifle that anyone can go buy of a rack at a gun store. Custom jobs are for the Standard rifle class, that's what it is for.
Anyways, it's nice to see more lady shooters out. From what I've seen they soon will be (are) dominating this sport.
